At Two Tails CrossFit, we’re about more than just fitness...

We’re a bold CrossFit gym in Witham, Essex: a team, a community, a family – supported by dedicated coaches and a passion for progress.

We aim to be the best part of your day. A place where you can let off steam, challenge the limits of your comfort zone, and have fun.

 

Here, you can sweat, shout, laugh and high-five.

What Is CrossFit?

We're proud to have been coaching CrossFit in Essex for over 10 years, and our growing base of members is a testament to the strength of the CrossFit community.

 

CrossFit uses a range of high-intensity, constantly varied, and functional movements to increase fitness, strength, and mobility.

 

In a nutshell, CrossFit takes all aspects from fitness and sport, cherry-picks the best, most effective, and most applicable to everyday life, and combines them together into tough, but fun, daily workouts.  

 

This means that everything we do is designed to make you fitter, stronger, happier and more confident in your day-to-day activities. Squat, jump, climb, throw, lift. CrossFit teaches you the safest, strongest way to take on any challenge.
