What is CROSSFIT?
A strength and conditioning program that is:

-
Broad (covers endurance, strength, flexibility)
-
General (for all fitness levels)
-
Inclusive (adaptable regardless of ability)
-
Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensity
-
Prepares you for anything, not sport-specific

“Train for life, not just the gym.”
Core CrossFit Concepts
Variance
No routines. Workouts change daily to avoid plateaus and keep it interesting. You'll train different fitness domains (cardio, strength, gymnastics) at different intensities.
Intensity
You’ll push relative to your own ability. The goal isn’t to go “hard” — it’s to go smart, based on what you can do today.
Functionality
We focus on movements that translate to real life. Think lifting groceries, standing from a chair, climbing stairs — we train movement patterns, not isolated muscles.
Foundational Movements You’ll Learn
Workout Formats
WOD – Workout of the Day
The main workout in every class. Always varied. Could be short and fast, or long and grindy. Always purposeful.
Example:
21-15-9
Wall Balls + Box Jumps
(Do 21 reps of each, then 15, then 9)
AMRAP – As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible
You get a set time (e.g. 10 minutes). Complete as many full rounds or reps as you can.
Example:
10-Min AMRAP:
-
5 Pull-Ups
-
10 Push-Ups
-
15 Air Squats
EMOM – Every Minute On the Minute
Start a new movement every minute. If you finish early, rest the remaining time.

Example:
10-Min EMOM:
-
Minute 1: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
-
Minute 2: 12 Sit-Ups
Why these formats?
They:

-
Keep workouts fun and structured
-
Train both intensity and endurance
-
Make it easy to scale for all fitness levels

Why Choose CrossFit?
CrossFit isn’t just a workout — it’s a training system, a mindset, and a community.

Here’s why thousands of people choose CrossFit over traditional gyms:

-
Expert Coaching
You’re guided every step of the way. No guessing, no wandering around — every class is coached, every movement taught and corrected.
-
Proven Programming
Workouts are planned and purposeful. We train to get stronger, faster, and more capable — not just to “burn calories.”
-
Scalable for Everyone
New to fitness? Returning after injury? Already active? Every workout can be scaled to your level. You’ll get better at your pace.
-
Functional, Real-Life Fitness
We don’t train machines — we train movement. You’ll build strength, endurance, and coordination that actually helps you outside the gym.
-
Community That Supports You
You’ll never train alone. CrossFit is about shared struggle, support, and progress. From day one, you're part of something bigger than yourself.
You don’t have to “get fit” to start CrossFit — you start CrossFit to get fit.
